The black horn link necklace by fashion designer Leonardo Narducci. This exquisite horn necklace features 10 black horn links made of horn from the Asian water buffalo also known as"carabao." It measures 24 inches in length and is held together by solid black horn links and a hook clasp.

In 1965, Leo Narducci was recognized with a Coty Award as one of America's most promising young designers. His name became internationally famous on labels for sportswear, dress collections, loungewear, swimwear, uniforms, Vogue patterns and accessories. In 2010, Leo Narducci started the process of re-branding Leo Narducci; he introduced a line of fashion jewelry as well as a signature silk scarf collection.

The water buffalo also known as carabao, is a black-skinned mammal commonly useful to farmers as a beast of labor, and a meat, milk, hide, horn and bone producer. Both male and female water buffalo "carabao"have massive horns. Carabao horn is denser and harder than cow horn. In some places of the world the carabao is a source of milk just like the cow.
