TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) in their original condition for a prompt exchange or refund. Merchandise returned after 10 days will receive a merchandise credit to apply to future purchases. Items must be unworn with tags attached.  Allow up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards should appear within two billing cycles.

Here's How to Return Your Item:

Use the original packaging when possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label with your own.  When the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton.

1.       The package must be sent via United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) Registered Mail ™ , insured for the total value of the contents. Request a return receipt confirmation. You must follow these instructions exactly; failure to do so will prevent processing of your return. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or uninsured returns.

 

2.       Once the return is received it will be reviewed by our quality assurance team.

 

3.       Any item that shows signs of wear or has been engraved, altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted for a return.

 

4.       Returns that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused upon receipt.

Please Allow Up To 30 Days. It takes up to 30 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling).  Allow two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

1. On a sheet of paper, please indicate your Customer Number, Name, Address, Home Telephone Number and reason for returning the merchandise and enclose it with the return merchandise. Also, please note whether you would like to simply return the item for credit or if you would rather exchange it for another item.
2. If you wish to exchange or order a new item, please include on a sheet of paper the page, item description, item number, size, color, quantity, and price of the item you wish to receive in exchange for the returned item. Please provide your credit card information to process the order. We will pay the shipping for the new item.

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shopjewelryaccessories.com will ship all over the world with the shipping courier of your choice (UPS, DHL or FedEx).

Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however, some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. All orders will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses and any other country where the courier services mentioned above deliver.  Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Your shipping confirmation E-mail will tell you how you can track your package. Two Day and Overnight Delivery orders placed after 1 PM EST will not ship until the next business day.

Shopjewelryaccessories.com will e-mail informing you that the order was shipped.

Special Instructions to International Customers:

International customers are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Your customs agency will contact you regarding any duties for clearance.

The customer must pay any additional charges for customs clearance if any. Shopjewelryaccessories.com   has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

Customs policies vary from country to country; you should contact your local customs office in order to be fully informed.

Country Exclusions:

Shopjewelryaccessories.com reserves the right to refuse any International Order as per our discretion. In the event that we are unable to ship to your country, we will inform you immediately.
